EG- # 35

(c) Zoua- Terry Floyd Johnson, 2010

Here are the healthy aspects of living Microcosmically:

1. Self-Respect= Acting in the only way you can act to be true to
yourself; not giving in to your fears, etc., but choosing to trust
your feelings, and your spiritual knowing.

2. Self-Esteem= Seeing yourself with true eyes/feelings. You're a
Wonder of the Universe; and there's no one like you. You are
priceless. You're a gift to the world; you live this gift by
non-onwership, and practicing humility, as well as, acting in the only
way you can act to be true to yourself.

3. Self-Responsibility= You're responsible, for everything you choose
to do, and act upon. You're responsible, for your bodymindspirit
health and wellness. Acting in the only way you can, means -your're
acting self-responsibily. Self-Responsibility creates self-respect,
self-esteem, self-caring, self-loving, self-sharing, etc.

4. Self-Authenticiy= Being who you are, without guile or detraction.
You are what others see; what you see- within yourself. Act out of
authenticity- to act in the only way you can act to be true to yourself.

5. Self-Caring- means- you love yourself enough, to care about you, and
to act in ways that will help you self-grow. You are the Gardener, to
the Garden of Self, that is, all you are.

6. Self-Growth= is when you do that which helps you see that which you
haven't known, or strengthens ,what you knew was right, giving you
feedback, helping you feel, healthy, about yourself.

7. Self-Loving= shows you, you're a person, who's loving, with self,
and others; you respect others enough, to allow them, to be themselves,
and not try to make yourself, or them, to be what you or they aren't.

8. Self-Protecting= you love yourself enough, to find ways, to protect
yourself, from others, who may want to harm you. It means- taking a
risk, is all right, because you know, when to stop, if it starts being
too crazy or too not right, through trusting your feelings.

9. Self-sharing means- you're not unwilling, to share yourself, with
others; to be able to grow, from the experience, by trusting your
feelings and acting in the only way you can to be true to yourself.

10. Self-Truth= acting in the only way you can to be true to yourself,
practicing this way of living, so others may learn, from example, as
well as, with words. You teach, without realizing you teach, everyday, make
sure what you teach- is microcosmically healthy, and microcsomic.
