We live in a society, which doesn't want it citizen,s to do many of the
things necessary, for a comfortable life. Instead, you pay, for the
services, you get.
This means you're supposed, to have more time, to learn, to work,
and to grow, by taking the time you would have had, to spend, in doing
these mundane things, and making the most of your life, without having
to worry about the more lower necessities of life.
You're separated into work positions; you work, in these positions,
to make funds, to buy what other people do or provide, so you don't
have to.
In the Free Enterprise system, this is the way of capitalism. The way
of capitalism is- to make money, by making a profit, from a business, or
a government position, or in other ways, not sanctioned by the
government, at least publically sanctioned, by the government.
Capitalism is the way of dividing workers/entrepreneurs into solitary
work; society forms around this, and makes it- if you don't
work in the government system, then you're a freak, oddball, and
worse, a terrorist, trying to overthrow the government/the society, we all
live in.
By not doing, what the common philosophy wants us to,
shows the environmentalists are right, we create
work robots.
If you work in one job, and use that job, to earn money, to pay for,
that which is offered to you, by capitalists, you're a Mind Robot;
you've been programed to only operate, within the boundaries, of the
capitalistic/capital-oriented, social structure. You work within the
social order, to be able to get the social order services, the
only way you can act, to survive, for your life neceesities come to you,
from other Mind Robots, working in their singular process, as well.
This is selective living; you're expected, to be one of the Mind
Robots, and live only by working in that which may or may not have a
meaning in your life; to make society work, you have to work
at a work activity, which produces products, others can bu,y if
they have the money.
Money is the basis, for capitalistic formulas; with money, no actual
product has to change hands, between seller/buyer; total faceless
immersion, within the capitalistic separation, of capitalistic
investors/workers. Don't rock the boat; create new products, for things
needed or wanted, by the capital workers, and those, who've learned
how to manipulate others, to be able to cheat them, through the art- of
negotiating wages.
Worker bees are the ones seen as faceless, by management workers, who
get more, but are as stupid, as the workers bees, they manipulate, and
hire and fire, to make up, for their mistakes.
Capitalistic philosophy sees the upgrading of products, as the way to
make the Gross National Product grow. We're becoming more and
more limited, and specialized, so those, who can keep up with the
specialization, can continue, to make money, but those who can't, are
unable to make money, so those who do, have to help those, who cannot.
This cause interactive conflicts, as the haves, don't want to have to
support those who do not have. They want the government to do this and
leave them out of it. They don't care about their employees; they only
care, that they get their money, whether from their own brow, or by
manipulating, to make thousands of products; they get the reward of
getting the haves to buy and supply them with profit, and a sense of-
they're better, than those they manipulate. They create artifical
barriers between themselves, and the other workers and non-workers;
they create high society, differing it immensely, from the other side,
of the tracks.
They create all kinds of mutterings, about those people, how they
are better, than the riff raff over there. They create lines of
captialistic fortitude, placing themselves, on one side of the line;
and everyone else, on the other. They create the equvialance of a
nobility- to gain wealth and power.
The workers, knowing, they can't do anything alone against these
capitalistic hogs, form into groups, and call them unions;
battle lines are drawn. The owners/managers/white collars against
the blue collars, and the laborers.
Management wants to squeeze as much work and finalized product as they
can, from each employee, so they invented mass production, and
started the death-pollution, of our world.
Our government exists, for one reason, to be a battle line, between those
who have and those who do not. The haves want the have nots, to be kept
in their place, by the government military and paramilitary forces;
the government agrees, and buries its nose, up the butts, of the wealthy.
The government doesn't help the worker, it is directly against him,
these poor slobs, are so blinded by the fact they could become
wealthy; they use those same techniques, of negotiations, against those,
who were their comrades, now, they see them only- as meat on the hoof, and
machines to do a job, to shut up and just do their job.
The capitalistic separation, of jobs, into assembly lines, and in
manipulating employees, by seeing them only as losers, material to
gain a profit from, loses the insight of the friendship, with these
same people.
Each of us is dependent on many people, products, for our living, within
cities; without having to do many jobs- we probably would not want
to do. We're addicted- to wanting what we want now, when we want it;
not later, when the excitement will have died down, and we will be
looking, for the next great event.
Break the addiction; learn how to do many of the things you depend on
others for, right now; what you don't know, trade what you do, for the
work, you need to be done. In doing, these things, you're building your
self-sufficentcy abilities. You're dealing directly with those you
want something from, and it isn't a faceless wonder, of many, but
rather, a unique- one.
Face to face negotiation between two or more people, with equal number:
abilites, talents and skills, create a multi- unified presence, in all
parties, for they are negotiating, for their own time, effort and
accomplishment. You're responsible, for your work.
Capitalistic separation is the downfall of man and woman;
individual negotiating, and doing, is the building, of a true
interactive, separate, but equal, bounty of talents, abilities and skills.
The above is the way of unique negotiation, between those who will do
the activity themselves, without employees. No business should have
employees, but owners, who balance out each others weaknesses, and vice
versa.
Each product, which isn't built by the individual alone, must be
created by an association of individuals, working together, but adding
their work, when other beginning aspects are done, so the process
arrives, creating work, for your speical talents, abilities and skills.
We call this a network, each is individual, doing their own
thing, which includes taking in what others are doing, and respecting
their work, when you begin yours.
We're now leaving captialism, and building- product intergration,
through interactive/interaction, individual output.
