What does it mean to co-operate? In the world, it means- to form a group,
and to work, so that everyone participates, and has say on what
the group does, or does not, and follows a leader, either chosen or
dictated.

In such a group, certain members pair bond ( where they support each
other ), pecking order, can in time, destroy the group, as everyone tries
to find their placement, in the group hierarchy. The leader asks less,
more, or just right, by what each member has invested in the group, or
asks more than what the person wants to invest. Iif the group, blinds
themselves, to this, the weak link in the chain, this upset investor,
will do something, to weaken the cause of the group, and will
either leave, or go passive-aggressive, this throws off the
movement, of the group.

Groups are formed, so members can either try to lead, or be safe
with following, so if anything goes wrong, they can blame the leader,
and not be put under the spotlight, for doing- the wrong thing.

Groups form group minds; which means- soon the members, of the
group, are doing that, which cuts off proper information, from getting to
the leader, thereby setting the group up- for a failure, which in
business can mean huge losses, for the company.

Group minds can become both psychic in nature, and shaping of the
members of the group, so they start acting, with a single mind, and
begin, to shape the rest of their lives, to express this group, single mind.

Groups can function only on how well, and how truthfu,l the information
is, that they bring into it, or is brought into it by outside forces.
One of the ongoing needs, of the group, is to decide what is factual
information and what isn't. The group can call on outside experts, but
in the end, they must decide, if the knowledge fits with the group
processes. If they choose wrong, they all are the reason they failed;
in a leader led group, the leader is responsible, and by their investment
in the group, they can blame group leader, who is very not okay, losing the company, and their pocketbooks, money.

Groups have all kinds of problems; political infighting, oneupmanship,
and much more. Why? Because the rewards are seen to be outside of the
person, rather than, within them.

Rangers, and others, who see the problems, with groups, being centered
outside on the activity, of what's going on, having no control of
the activity, only control is by how adaptive you are, or your place, in the
group, gives rise to anxiety ( win or lose ), fear, and insecurity
about what if the group accomplishes what it sets out to do, then is
disbanded, what happens to a members investment, or they now have to
see themselves, alone, and having to make their own decisions;they have to choose a
different expression, of a number of beings being aware, of each other,
and what they do, by self-responsibility.

Instead of groups, those who are self-responsible, are within acting
networks of individuals, and there, action, within the network, comes
from within them acting in the only way they can act to be true to
themselves. This means there is no group mind, there is no heirarchy
and there is no hiding behind the group or the leader.

S-R Networking means- simply an awareness of what others are doing, and
when the individuals act in the only way they can act to be true to
themselves, your seeing and knowing of it, creates a self-responsible
choice-action, within you, not because of awareness of the action of
the other person/being/it, but because it creates within you- a seeing,
which needs to be added to- by your acting in the only way you can to
be true to yourself, a self-responsible decision and action.

Seeing, Knowing, Acting is based on trusting your feeling that what
you have seen, felt, is an observation, and only when that observation
creates a truth within you will you act in the only way you can act to
be true to yourself.

S-R Networks are individual actions, which is seen as a true action,
only then do other individuals act out of their own
self-responsibility, in a way, that is their own, and may or may not,
have glimmers of what caused the aha! experience, within themselves,
that created the action, in waiting, to become action processing and
accomplished.
